For car dealers and auction buyers

Every car on the forecourt ready for sale, radio working

Cars bought at auction or sitting on a forecourt often have flat batteries and radios stuck on SAFE. Send us all the serials at once and get every code back by email.

Ready to sell

A radio showing SAFE puts buyers off and invites haggling. A working radio is one less thing to explain.

Missing code cards

Auction and part-exchange cars rarely come with the service wallet. The serial is all we need.

One invoice

Order for the whole batch in one go: 10% off 3+ radios and 15% off 10+.

Tips for dealers

  • Note the radio serial when you prep each car, so codes can be ordered for the whole batch at once.
  • Write the code in the service book once it's working. The next owner will thank you.
  • Newer cars with touchscreen MIB systems don't use a code, so there's nothing to order for those.

Questions

Trade FAQ

Can I order codes for cars in our stock?

Yes. As the owner of the vehicles, you can order codes for their radios. Every order includes a declaration confirming you have the authority to do so.

How do I pay?

Paste your serials into the bulk quote form and we email you a secure Stripe invoice. Pay it by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay, and the codes are sent once it's paid.

Which radios do you cover?

VW, Audi, Škoda and SEAT factory radios that use a 4-digit code and have a 14-character serial starting VWZ, AUZ, SKZ or SEZ. Not MIB touchscreens with Component Protection.

What if a code doesn't work?

Send us a short video showing the serial label and the code being rejected. Once checked, you get your money back for that code.
